How the program is built
Questionnaire
Goal, experience, training days and session length, where you train and what equipment you have. You can mark what to avoid: jumping, weight overhead, hanging.
Your week and why
The app shows the days and exercises with sets and reps and explains its choices: the weekly split, your focus, load guidelines.
A multi-week cycle
Sets and effort grow week by week, and the last week is a deload. Save it as is or adjust it in the builder. Missed a week? Tap “Repeat week”.
When you need a coach
If you want deeper, one-to-one guidance, bring a coach into the app. They build your program with the questionnaire or by hand, see plan versus actual for every set and discuss your workouts in comment threads, and you get a notification. For coaches: invite an athlete with a link or a code and coach them right here.

At home, outdoors, in the gym
Every exercise shows where it can be done and what it needs. The library filter and the program builder take this into account.

Home
Bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, a pull-up bar

Outdoors
Pull-up bar, parallel bars, rings

Gym
Barbell, dumbbells, machines and cables
Exercise library
The library has 450 exercises, each with an image, step-by-step technique and tips. Levels run from beginner to advanced, and the “Easier”, “Harder” and “Similar” links show where to go next. There are also rehab exercises: we recommend doing them as prescribed by your doctor.

Workout log
Sets with weight, reps or time. The app remembers what you did last time and marks your records. The Journal keeps your whole history with search across workouts, exercises and notes; numbers can be corrected within 24 hours.

Your phone counts the pull-ups
Put the phone in your pocket and start: the app counts reps with the accelerometer. You can also log them by hand. A daily goal and weekly progress.

Progress and body
Weight and measurements, achievements and a shared pull-up leaderboard: see how you change and where you stand.

No app store needed
Open swole.club in your browser and add it to your home screen — it opens like a regular app. You can train without a connection too: your program and the exercise library are at hand, and your sets and pull-ups are saved on the phone and sent once you are back online.
